Appointments

  • ​Booking: Appointments can be made online or by phone. A 50% service reservation fee is required to book an appointment. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

  • Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full-service fee will apply.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows will be charged a 50% service fee.

Health Considerations

  • Consultations: For your safety and to ensure the best results, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of booking. Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific health conditions.

  • Pregnancy and Sun Exposure: Please inform us if you are pregnant, as some treatments may need to be modified. If you have had sun exposure prior to your visit, it is your responsibility to inform your therapist.Consultations: For your safety and to ensure the best results, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of booking.   • Waivers and ID: Every client is required to complete specific waivers, and a copy of your ID must be provided for your file before services are rendered.

Payments and Gratuities

  • Payments: Payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and spa gift cards.

  • Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the service prices. A standard gratuity of 20% is recommended and can be added at checkout. If no gratuity is left, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added. Members are required to leave a 20% gratuity.

Gift Cards and Memberships

  • Gift Cards: Beniley Spa gift cards are available for purchase and can be used toward any service or product specified on the gift card. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or products unless specified.

  • Memberships: Memberships are non-transferable and must be used within the specified period. For full details, please refer to your Membership Agreement.

Spa Etiquette

  • Quiet Environment: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, please silence your mobile devices and speak quietly while in the spa.

  • Children: For the safety and comfort of all clients, children under 18 are not permitted in the spa unless receiving services and must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Personal Belongings: Beniley Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your valuables secure.

Products and Returns

  • Product Purchases: All retail products purchased at Beniley Spa are final sale.

  • Returns: We do not accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for spa credit only.

Privacy and Confidentiality

​Client Information: All personal information shared with Beniley Spa is kept confidential. We respect your privacy and do not share your information with third parties. It is prohibited to ask our staff for their personal information or for our staff to ask for yours. Please report any such incidents. Our spa occasionally takes photos, videos, and testimonials during treatments for social media content. If you do not wish to appear in our social media content, please let us know ahead of time.

Personalized Beauty & Wellness Consultation

Consultations: We offer consultations for all services to better understand your specific needs and ensure the most effective treatment plan. A $50 consultation fee will be charged, which will be credited toward your desired service if you decide to book an appointment with us. If not, the $50 will serve as the charge for your consultation. Please note that any consultation and price estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of consultation. Prices are subject to change, but we will honor the estimated price for up to 30 days.

Right to Refuse Service

  • Service Refusal: Beniley Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client demonstrating inappropriate behavior or failing to adhere to spa policies.

  • By booking an appointment with Beniley Spa, you agree to abide by these policies. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with an exceptional spa experience.
