General Questions

1. What types of services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of beauty and wellness services, including facials, body treatments, waxing, injectables, total wellness therapy, laser treatments, and more. Each service is designed to cater to your unique needs and enhance your overall well-being.

2. How can I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked online through our website or by phone. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. A 50% service reservation fee is required to confirm your appointment.

3. What is the cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows will be charged a 50% service fee.

4. What should I do if I’m running late for my appointment?

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full service fee will apply. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Health and Safety

1. Are consultations available?

Yes, we offer consultations for all services to better understand your specific needs and ensure the most effective treatment plan. A $50 consultation fee will be charged, which will be credited toward your desired service if you decide to book an appointment with us. If not, the $50 will serve as the charge for your consultation.

2. How long is my consultation and price estimate valid?

Any consultation and price estimate will be valid for only 30 days after the consultation. Prices are subject to change, and we will honor the estimated price for up to 30 days.

3. What should I avoid before a waxing appointment?

To ensure a safe and effective waxing experience, please follow these guidelines:

  • Avoid Body Creams: Do not apply any body creams or lotions on the day of your waxing appointment, as this can interfere with the waxing process.

  • Sun Exposure: Avoid sun exposure before your waxing appointment, as recently sun-exposed skin is more sensitive and prone to irritation.

  • Avoid Glycolic Acid and Retinol Products: Do not use glycolic acid, retinol, or other exfoliating products for at least 48 hours before your waxing session to prevent skin irritation.

  • Hair Length: For the best results, please ensure that your hair is at least half an inch long. This allows for a more effective and smooth waxing experience.

  • Avoid Shaving: Do not shave the area to be waxed for at least two weeks prior to your appointment to ensure sufficient hair length.

4. Do I need to fill out any forms before my appointment?

Yes, every client is required to complete specific waivers before their services. Additionally, a copy of your ID must be provided for your file.

5. Can I receive services if I’m pregnant?

Yes, but please inform us if you are pregnant when booking your appointment. Some treatments may need to be modified for your safety.

6. What if I’ve had recent sun exposure?

If you’ve had sun exposure prior to your visit, it is your responsibility to inform your therapist. This ensures we can adjust your treatment accordingly.

Payments and Memberships

1. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and spa gift cards. Payments are due at the time of service.

2. Are gratuities included in the service price?

Gratuities are not included in the service prices. A 20% gratuity is recommended and can be added at checkout. If no gratuity is left, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added. Members are required to leave a 20% gratuity.

3. How do memberships work?

Memberships are non-transferable and must be used within the specified period. For full details, please refer to your Membership Agreement.

4. Can I purchase gift cards?

Yes, Beniley Spa gift cards are available for purchase and can be used toward any service or product specified on the gift card. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or products unless specified.

Products and Returns

1. Can I return products?

All retail products purchased at Beniley Spa are final sale. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for spa credit only.

Spa Etiquette

1. Can I bring my children to the spa?

For the safety and comfort of all clients, children under 18 are not permitted in the spa unless receiving services and must be accompanied by an adult.

2. How should I prepare for my appointment?

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and relaxation. Please silence your mobile devices and speak quietly to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

Privacy and Confidentiality

1. How is my personal information handled?

All personal information shared with Beniley Spa is kept confidential. We do not share your information with third parties. It is forbidden to ask our staff for their personal information or for our staff to ask for yours. Please report any such incidents.

2. Will my photo or video be taken during treatments?

Our spa occasionally takes photos, videos, and testimonials during treatments for social media content. If you do not wish to appear in our social media content, please let us know ahead of time.

1. What if I experience inappropriate behavior at the spa?

Beniley Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client demonstrating inappropriate behavior or failing to adhere to spa policies. If you experience any issues, please report them to management immediately.
